Yup, I called and it was just an automated notification that said results will publish by mid month of the month after you took it. Probably doesn't update at all. Not really sure why it doesn't just run like the national exam which is now every Wednesday. I'm already licensed in another state, and I submitted my application to California almost 11 months ago to the day. Seems absurd it takes this long to go through all of this. And I still have to take the Survey exam at the end of next month hahaha.

I do land development, I don't really understand why the board thinks I need to be able to calculate the anchorage to a flexible diaphragm haha. I pinky promise I'm not going to try to do a redesign of the Bay Bridge, I just want to do some stormwater and grading work in the state. That's a rant for another day though!
I agree. It’s very frustrating. I do have license from another state. I just work in roadway design. No bridge design. Not sure why I still need to take this exam. They took over six months to review my application. It’s been more than a year since I struggling in this process. I passed survey and failed seismic one time for 1% point. Now this is my second time. With our newborn its tough for me. Hope God help both of us to get rid of this.

But tomorrow Monday is a holiday. As they did not publish on Saturday and I know they rarely publish results on Monday. Are you sure? Please do not take it in another way. I am really tired of waiting.

I would love to get the results tomorrow. I have a feeling we won't see them until Tuesday. If its not Tuesday maybe they are waiting for next Christmas...

Did you ask them whether you passed or not? Lol
Shoot! I forgot to ask them that one. At this rate, I could have filled out a scantron, walked it 150 miles to Sacramento from Reno, had them hand grade it, and give me my results ahahahaha. Would give me a good reason to go catch a Kings game and have a drink on the Delta King at least.

I called this morning and they told me results should be posted by the end of the day today. Not really sure how much I trust that, but we shall see. Fingers crossed.
I'm in the same boat! Took the exam Jan 31...this is the last exam I need to take and the wait is killing me. Definitely taking a lot longer to release scores than in the past...😭

Finally results are out. Seismic is done and onto survey for me. Hoping everyone else got good news too.
It was a long journey especially last 19days of wait. Done with seismic which was my last exam. Hopefully I will receive my license by the end of next week. Good luck for Survey.

How did you guys study? Did you take a class? I didn't get good news and want to pass the next attempt.
I took the AEI class and followed the lecture/homework/test guide that came with it. Ended up doing like 2 hours every morning before work and 4 hours on saturdays of studying. Took me 3 months to get through it all and take the multiple practice exams. I haven't done any structural work since college so I needed to brush up on quite a bit. The book and cheat sheets that came with the AEI were a godsend. I have no idea how you could pass that test without them.

I took the AEI class as well and while it’s a lot of time and commitment to do the whole thing. It’s worth it in my opinion. I did not have much experience in structural and this helped me get from zero to passing. I studied roughly 100 hours total for this exam.

I am sorry

I am sorry to hear the news. I studied Hiner. Watched videos and solved practice problems and I was reading important topics from ASCE and IBC manuals and marked those. I took Hiners 3practice exams few times. Good luck.
