@Jmcc06 I had my baby the day after I found out I passed the exam! That was a great couple of days for me.

I'm opposite of @PlayWithFire I thought the first few months were a breeze with both my kids. It's when they get older they get more challenging :D
I'm jealous, though I probably brought it upon myself. I had my son on a Friday after being induced on Wednesday and went back to work by the following Wednesday. No sleep + work + grad school was a very stupid idea.

Anybody built time machine yet? Not trying to go back and take the atrocious test again, just want to fast forward to results. :(

You take it in power or one of the other two electrical disciplines?  If power, you thought it was that bad?  Morning section was odd to say the least.  The presentation was especially strange, but it was a fair test, I thought.  Afternoon section was as smooth as a cold beer on a hot day.  A few tricksters, but very doable and almost easy.  I found myself scratching my head a lot, not due to difficulty, but due to me asking, "really, did they seriously ask something this easy?"  Your thoughts?  TIA

Looks like I reposted your thing without know how to do things in EB. rookie mistake.

Anyway, I took the power PE. I really don't know what to make of the exam because it was very theoretical exam. More so than the April exam IMO. I am foolish for saying this but I am really superstitious about what I say about an exam i took. It always comes back to bite me in the *** (speaking from past experiences). With that said, here is my two cents on the exam. I thought the morning portion was tough for two major reasons, one: I went to the wrong address in the morning (long story), luckily the exam site wasn't too far from where my wrong address was (.5 away). I panicked, ran across a highway with my books in a bin on top of my head to get to the exam location on time. Because of the ordeal,my focus was bit off in the morning portion. the second major season i thought morning portion was harder was because there were a lot of theoretical questions. I graduated with electronics as my concentration and worked as a communications engineer for the first 3 years of my career but because I have working in power the last two and wanted to stick with that industry, i decided to take the power exam. I studied most for the computational portion and was hoping it was going to be computational and similar to April exam, I was wrong so I suffered a bit because of it. I still thought it was doable just unsure if I am correct on those theoretical questions. The afternoon portion was not too bad, I finished the afternoon part in about 90 minutes to spare, enough time for me to go over the entire test again (changed few answers, hopefully it doesn't bite me in the *** but they were code questions, so I hope not), finished up and left the exam site. I managed to keep my mind away from thinking about the exam until this week (and thanks to EB). Now im super panicked and pretty much convinced myself I failed. Just waiting confirmation.

Based on your location i guess you took this at Pratt. I am assuming you went to Willoughby St rather than Willoughby Ave. I had a buddy that made the same mistake and didnt make it in time for the exam.

I agree with your assessment of the power exam and if you look through this forum there were several people who had the same opinion. Just like you, I hope i did well enough to pass but as each day passes I get more doubtful for whatever reason.

I didn't take PE in NY, I took in CT. Paperwork were easier, and less money to spend upfront as they don't require 3 years money right away. Good luck mate. Hope you passed.

I am highly doubtful as well, only due to the mysterious cut score.  I agree it was a highly theoretical test, but it wasn't a hard examination.

Actually had a horrible nightmare last night.... Got 20 right in the morning and only 7 in the afternoon lol.  However, I'm confident I did better than 27 on the afternoon alone.

Kam, I can feel your struggle.  This test was easier for me due to being educated in power and working in it since I left college.  If I took it in electrical/electronics, I'd struggle mightily.  I just wish the results would come, regardless of what the verdict is.  Here's to passing  :beerchug: :40oz:

NCEES just published their December newsletter:  http://ncees.org/wp-content/uploads/Licensure-Exchange_December-2016.pdf

The SE exam scoring workshop is being held now (see screen shot below).  This leads me to believe that the PE and SE results could be released by NCEES next week, possibly next Friday, December 9th.

For October 2015, the SE scoring workshop was held December 3rd to 5th.  Then the PE and SE results were released by NCEES the following Friday, December 11th.

For those of us in PCS states, the wait could be longer.
