I just wonder where is the result technically be held by whom at this moment? is it still at NCEES or it been sent out to the states now? I know most states will release the result a few days after their board meeting!!
Standard answer: it depends. NCEES only administers exams for 36 states (last I checked) so if you're in the remaining 14 states the state would have the results. The NCEES still has the results because the "direct notification" states (like here in CO) have not received their emails yet. Once the emails start flying out then it would be a mixed bag of NCEES and states who have the results.
Since my diagnostic last fall was dated by the NCEES on 12/17 It would be safe to say the states do not have them yet. If they are run on the 17th you would think all the states should have them by the 21st. What the states do with them from there hard to say but it takes anywhere from a few days to weeks for the states to give you the results (if your not direct notification state) which my state is not (VA).
SC has been getting results in as little as 50 days after the exam. Yesterday (Saturday) was the 50th day so at this point I would say SC has the results and it will take a couple of days to document things and get the e-mails out to us here in SC. My gut says SC will get results on the 53rd day which is Tuesday. So at this point I would say SC has the results....maybe each state gets them at different times.
My guess is that with any gov dept nothing happens fast so I would guess it takes them at least a few days to send the e-mails out here in SC since they have to document hundreds of students as pass or fail so my guess is SC has the results....keep in mind, none of us know...we are all guessing here.
