You got your NC stamp back and they include the zero in front of your registration number instead of just the numbers themselves....ie in my case 032599 instead of 32599.....prob not a big deal but just erked me a little :waitwall:

 
I would think so. Call the Board and find out if you're worried. If the stamp is wrong they should fix it at no charge to you.

Some states use the "0" placeholder. My EIT certificate from NY has it.

And my actual license number in VT is 018-000####. But on my stamp and wall certificate it just has the 4 numbers.

 
Texas requires you to have your stamps approved before you can seal anything.....
