If you hold a PhD or are a PhD advisor, what do you think students should learn from their PhDs?

I would hope that a PhD student would continue to learn critical thinking skills past just researching a topic and learning about it. It's broader than that.

Main skill would to give solutions to open ended questions using a structured, data driven approach. Also, project management, presentation skills, proposal writing and getting buy ins.
