The looting must have been an effort to relieve the city of energy wasting items, like big screen tvs

^Good for them! And its a darned shame the buildings were too waterlogged to burn properly after Katrina, or new urbanism could have been forced down the throats of the citizens implemented more readily.

Parking Today is an excellent publication and it's free -- take a look. I continued getting it after doing a parking equipment project quite a few years back.
