One final piece of advice which I don't think has been mentioned already. If you live close enough to the test site visit it a day or two before. Find out where you need to park and exactly where the room is. Peek inside the room to see if the tables are set up and find out where the bathrooms are. if you live over an hour away consider getting a hotel room and stay the night before. Finally be at the site at least an hour early. You don't want to rush in at the last minute. Eat a decent breakfast that morning and, as stated earlier, bring your lunch. If you have allergies like me bring Kleenex. Small things like these suggestions can make a big difference the day of the test.
