in the morning i know its mainly cantilever walls and find the earth pressures and such but whats up in the afternoon....how wild of stuff should we expect, is it super in depth? i know punching shear and other normal foundation stuff like that is probably on it but is there anyhting else that wild to expect?

thanks

I have one of the NCEES structural sample tests and it looks like stuff like punching shear is about as wild as it gets. Here are some other questions I see on it just browsing through (that I think are tough):

torsional moment

prestressed beams (strand patterns and etc)

welded/bolted connections

caissons/piles (deep foundations)

settlement under a footing (using a spring value K)

seismic design (questions for the design spectral response etc)

diaphragm classification
