Job Description
By joining Crediton Dairy as the Head of Engineering you will be able to shape a department & business by working closely with the Operations team in leading project engineering and maintenance teams into a culture of manufacturing excellence. You will be responsible for a range of KPIs for the engineering function together with projects which are designed to deliver performance improvements and/or cost reduction across the site. This will include reviewing and implementing TPM procedures to minimise downtime, monitoring and improving energy costs and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will ideally have an engineering degree and will have experience managing a complex engineering function in a FMCG manufacturing environment incorporating liquid processing. You will have experience in preventive maintenance and have worked with mechanical, electrical and control processes within a manufacturing environment where large scale projects are being implemented. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent man management skills with strong communication skills and experience in continuous improvement and compliance with health and safety legislation.

What's on Offer
Circa £60,000 - £70,000 + Car/Allowance + package
