were gonna be rushing to get home and out the door for a 4 day ski trip to WV.. I hope that sometime over the weekend we find ourselves alone with no childrens for at least 6-7 minutes :D

Bah on this holiday seriously! Bad enough we already got anniversarys & birthdays to remember, right?

We ended up going to Wendy's and watching a movie called Hobo with a Shotgun.

I need to find my sushi platter set...It got packed up when we moved the storage cabinet out of minisnicks room when he got his big boy last yr.
Doesn't Valentines Day tradition dictate that you be the sushi platter when your husband gets home?
I love the spicy snapper roll. Just not the uni, I don't like the sushi when I start nibbling on it, and eggs come squirting out.

We haven't ventured to the fish or raw variety...one step at a time. The fact I can get mr snick to eat seaweed, crabmeat, and avocado at all is a huge step in expanding his food palette.

It is really just an added bonus that the kid likes it too. He had a third of his roll eaten before we even sat down to dinner.

The rolls turned out a little messy. Didn't plan ahead to get the good ingredients, had to make due with what I could find locally.

I felt sorry for ole Rutger after seeing that.

Now go watch The Hitcher aka Rutger's best movie ever.

Just read the description, we definitely need to watch that.

You read and watch so many obscure books and movies. You're like an American version of Mr. YMZ.

The Hitcher is an American classic. But I think Capt. is forgetting about Blind Fury. Another great from RH.

I never saw it. It looked so horrible I had no desire to. I absolutely hate swordplay movies. Can't stand hat kun-phooey stuff either.

I bet I've watched The Hitcher over fifty times. I love that flick.

It isn't that I watch or read obscure stuff, but that I've watched and read a LOT.
