[SIZE=10pt]The position will take on leadership on all aspect of day to day maintenance relating to both reactive and planned maintenance and relevant continuous improvement activities.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Reporting to the Production Manager and as a key member of the Site Management Team your key responsibilities will include;[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=10pt]Leading all aspects of plant maintenance and best practice.[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=10pt]Ensuring all plant equipment is maintained to optimal levels to guarantee optimal uptime efficiency and delivery to timescales agreed with customers.[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=10pt]Implementing and managing a preventative maintenance schedule and all related activities[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=10pt]Ensuring high levels of workforce capability by leading, motivating, developing and coaching staff to achieve their targets and goals.[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=10pt]Driving a strong culture of product quality and continuous improvement throughout the maintenance function[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=10pt]Ensuring that high levels of integrity, ethics, and compliance are upheld.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]The Successful Applicant[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]Based in Cumbria this will be a pivotal role in ensuring success in the UK market. As such we are looking for a high calibre individual to be part of the management team of our 'best in class' Plant.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=10pt]To be considered for this role you need to display the following;[/SIZE]

  • [SIZE=10pt]Proven leadership in a site maintenance management role with a focus on operational excellence, product quality and OHS.[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=10pt]Proven experience in a fast paced, high speed production environment where the impact of maintenance is key to the success of the operation.[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=10pt]Preference would be for an Engineering, Manufacturing or technical degree or equivalent trade qualification[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=10pt]People leadership and development experience in growing businesses where customer satisfaction is critical to site success.[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=10pt]Proven experience in role managing internal relationships and internal customers.[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=10pt]The interpersonal and intellectual capability to work with an entrepreneurial and high performing management team and structure.[/SIZE]
  • [SIZE=10pt]A high performing individual who has worked in a 'best in class' environment.[/SIZE]
