- [SIZE=10pt]Proven experience in a fast paced, high speed production environment where the impact of maintenance is key to the success of the operation.[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=10pt]Preference would be for an Engineering, Manufacturing or technical degree or equivalent trade qualification[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=10pt]People leadership and development experience in growing businesses where customer satisfaction is critical to site success.[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=10pt]Proven experience in role managing internal relationships and internal customers.[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=10pt]The interpersonal and intellectual capability to work with an entrepreneurial and high performing management team and structure.[/SIZE]
