How did they get the impedance from NEC Table 9 I get .36+j.135 why did they use kcmil values?

 
The voltage at the main distribution panel was measured at 208 V. The panel is a three phase panel, 60 Hz. The feeder consists of three 4/0 THWN Aluminum conductors and a neutral. The wires are run through 140 feet of Aluminum conduit. The pool panel serves a constant, balanced load of 40 A at 0.85 lagging pf. The voltage at the pool panel is most nearly:

 
Never mind someone just answered my question. Top is ohms per kilometer and bottom is ohms per 1000 ft. I appreciate the response though.
