Given an angle Teta=45. How you would find its frequency?
If you mean phase angle I don't think you can. You can have many different phase angles with different frequencies. I think you would need another piece of information.

45 teta is pretty significant size.

If the phase angle is 45 degree, what would be the frequecy?
I think it could be anything. Think of as sine wave. Any frequency can be at any phase angle. Isn't that true? If you knew time delay or something, or had the complete transfer function or a bode plot, maybe you could figure it out.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. I'm pretty rusty.

The wave equation has this shape

Cos(wt +Φ) , or Sin(wt +Φ) ; then you just have Φ = 45° , which is the phase angle

You looking for w (rad/sec), from the data you just gave to us ,there is no way to find w
