We're doing a biggest loser competition at work. I'm winning, but people keep bringing in donuts and stuff to sabotage.

I want to loose 4 pounds this week. Week one I lost 8 pounds, week two I lost another 4.5 pounds, if I can loose 4 this week, I'll have reached my first goal. Although I stopped taking the detox supplements while I'm fighting this cold or whatever it is, too much strain on my body I think.

It sure beats using the vicks in a stick or the vapor rub. I found them at walmart. I hate walmart but they have cheap dog food and awesome salsa.

considering my rescue came from a "suspected" dog fighting house, the irony is stronger here

however when you have two large breeds they eat a lot of food and we go through a lot of dog food
