the food we got there was the strangest plate I have ever seen

it was lettuce and stuff and had the making of a salad

but on top, it had tuna salad, chicken salad and pasta salad

spring kick off I think it was chicken with asparagus and something

I'm planning an open house and have the catering menu

bit expensive

not too sure how many people will come to the open house

maximum is 330 or so

I figured I would have them set up coffee and some danishes in the morning
