Halloween in the tropical future sucked. I haven't seen the figures yet, but I'd guess it rained over 3 inches, and so the only trick r treating we did was to the relative's houses. My teenage daughter was putting on a big outdoor halloween event for kids at her school.... in a low lying area... and they got totally flooded out (that's teenage totally not literal totally).
