You need to look at the cost-benefit analysis.

If I got a masters degree in Construction Management, it would only make me more marketable if looking for another job. My current employer would not pay me more for getting it. My future employer may not pay me for having. Instead, should I look at an industry-recognized certification? Part of the reason I did the PMP. It makes me more marketable, without the expense of a masters degree.

true but I don't know what direction I'm going so it's difficult to come up with cost-benefit the environmental policy degree was awesome if I get back into NEPA but that will depend on the timing of our next move, the environmental engineering program would help over all but the cost is higher and I can't do it fully online so for me it sort of makes sense to wait
