and NOTHING got accomplished except you have to spend more money on a pump to keep your hole in the ground from turning into a pond and getting classified as a wetland which would mean you could never build there again

Water ended up being held in a levee in a tank farm.....stuff grew, critters moved in....needed to do something in that area, and enviro stopped it because....it was now classified at a wetland! so much for that!
