My wife's complaint with her boss was far less dramatic than I expected: he canceled a work trip and wouldn't tell her why, only "I need you here at that time. Trust me". Given that her agency is being audited at that same time, it's pretty easy to guess why, but I guess the hormones are raging and she became (and still is) very emotional over the whole thing. "He doesn't appreciate me!"
