I have installed a fire sensor in my office that I ordered from an online platform. On trying its functionality I think it has a lot of delay and my room might not be safe at all. How can i achieve my goal. Or should i increase the number of sensors in the room?

Umm...many questions here. What type of sensor are you installing? IR? UV? Video? Why are you installing this in your office? Did you install it yourself? How did you connect it to your fire alarm panel?

Yeah...I wouldn't count on this to protect or provide early detection for any application. Better to install a listed system using a licensed contractor.
