FHA Lot Grading Types

I have been googling like crazy trying to find the standard detail that is always used to show three dimensional lot grading for A,B, and C Type Lots. I thought it was called FHA/VA Three Dimensional Grading Plan. I have seen it on Engineer's plans and if anyone has it as a CAD file please let me know if you can email it to me. I am just trying to avoid having to draw it when I know it's standard.
