THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED. I think it was just a glitch on their end. They did not ask me for any information. I just told them what happened and they eventually got back to me and said the issue had been resolved and that they would be sending me a new letter today. I checked online today and my name is officially on there. Boy am I relieved. :multiplespotting:

I work in local government and the stuff my friend who works for the state tells me blows my mind. My personal experiences have been worse. I'm glad the story had a happy ending for you!
