I had a job where we could drink at our desks after 1pm on Fridays.

Beer only though, no hard stuff

The place that I work now, used to allow people to have a beer or two at lunchtime. Then one or two became six or eight. Eventually, a guy pulled his work truck into the maintenance garage with his bucket extended. It ruptured the fire protection line, flooding the building. Of course he did the responsible thing, clocking out and going home without telling anyone.
