DOI and Consitution Now Have a Disclaimer

Amazon copy of The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution now includes a disclaimer.

This book is a product of its time and does not reflect the same values as it would if it were written today. Parents might wish to discuss with their children how views on race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, and interpersonal relations have changed since this book was written before allowing them to read this classic work.

They might as well put something in there about the documents bearing no relation and imposing no real restrictions on the size, scope, or power of the Federal Government while they're at it.

Is it safe to assume that they did not inlcude anything about amendments?
