I took a peak at the link. I don't think they'd post anything that blatantly vioalted the agreement. And I didn't see anything that said, "Question 8 stated...".

Posting about how your exam had lots of this but not much that probably doesn't do much to help you one way or the other.

And saying that your CERM won't get you through the whole test is obvious. It's not meant to.

Like "be prepared to find sign text letter height in the MUTCD" not saying that was on there, but ........

I see what you are saying. Maybe it's not breaking the exact letter of the law, but it doesn't seem like it's in the spirit of things.
