Design for wind loads on Tower mounted equipment

Hey!  I'm wondering if anyone here might know of some published guidelines for tower mounted equipment.  I'm specifically looking for wind load design guidelines. Any help would be appreciated.

ASCE 7-10 chapter 26-29.  Which approach for determining wind loading would depend on what the structure the equipment is mounted on and probably how high up.  Wind loads are site specific, although you can use some free online untilities for basic wind speeds.
