Dear friends,

I purchased a new copy of the PPI Environmental Engineering Reference Manual. As you know this book is a beast to carry around.

I am considering de-binding the book and re-binding into several smaller manuals, or even simply hole-punching the pages into several 3-ring binders.

Has anyone had experience doing this, and how did the result work out for you? Thanks.

might want to check with your state. if 3 ring binders are ok. In IL doing what you said probably wouldn't be allowed

If it's permitted, go for it. I went to school with quite a few nursing and kinesiology majors who had MONSTER textbooks. They all brought them to Kinkos or Office Max and had them debound and hole punched for a couple bucks each.
