My guess is that the boards that do not contract their services out to ELSES, have to wait for notifications the good old fashion way... :unitedstates: US Postal Service. ...And since people were 1st notified yesterday via email that means the mail notifications probably went out yesterday as well...Meaning DC will receive the notifications either today or Monday, and then they have to sort it out and send out the letters to us..Which puts us receiving letters around Wed or Thurs next week...

Eh I have a hard time believeing that the state boards don't get a results file by email in some sort of electronic format. Just seems like it would be a huge watse of time and resources for employees at state board to re-enter all the names and such into their system, and not jsut copy/paste..

I did find the last number added to the database for PEs..It was a reciprocity...So anything that comes up after this number is new...If we do a search on numbers, and the next number is assigned then we know they have started to assign and enter new PE numbers in their system...Thus meaning they have the results...
