Nope they remove dc from their criteria...how ever i notice that in one of the old sample questions from ncees it ask a question for a dc motor...and on the latest sample questions it asked the same question but they replace dc for shunt motor i think it was...the formula didnt change from dc to that especific motor...when i prepare i read a little bit about dc...but concentrate more on induction and syncronious motors.
