Does anybody know of a resource that can provide a comprehensive list of job duties that would be considered qualifying/progressive in nature that would satisfy most engineering boards professional experience requirement?
Most of the information I've come across seems to point to design and/or project management as being the primary professional experience that most boards want to see for Civil PE candidates. And I would think that most candidates would obtain this type of experience later on. However, would candidates receive any credit for materials testing (soils & concrete), engineering inspections (i.e. stormwater BMPs), or infrastructure assessment (i.e. pavement condition assessment, stormwater drainage system assessment)?
