I called twice yesterday and it was unhelpful. One person didn't know what the "Pee Exam" was. The other didn't answer.

I see a window to insert a DORA bashing comment, so I will. Same experience. The people you can get on the line don't know what they are talking about, those that may know something don't respond.

I have emailed the AES board email @ DORA a few times in the past 2 months, no response, even to repeated follow up emails of a kind tone.

I believe I know whose VM you are being sent to and from what I gather, that person is the sole "licensing specialist". If true, that is frustrating that DORA does not staff adequately to serve it's customers and tax payers.

I work in the same building as DORA, a few floors up. They don't take kindly to chatting about the PE exam with engineers in the hallways and elevators, I've resigned myself to just waiting it out... hopefully soon!
