Civil Engineering Reference Manual

I have the 9th version of the "Civil Engineering Reference Manual by Michael Lindeburg". I am wondering do I need the most latest i.e. 13th version to prepare for the exam.

I will appreciate if someone can advice.

Do you need to? Probably not. Should you? Probably yes.

9th? That's pushing it. You're 4 editions old.

I'd recommend getting the latest edition.
