The Vice President of Sales will be in charge of the industrial division of the company. This person will be solely in charge the division's success by overseeing the sales force and key components of the supply chain. There are four main priorities for this position: 1) Manage and maintain the salesforce 2) Reduce lead times 3) Increase value-add sales by targeting OEM's 4) Develop the supply chain. In addition to managerial responsibilities, the VP of Sales will be the main point of contact for key accounts.

The Successful Applicant
- Ability to maintain company's high rate of growth
- Must have extensive experience selling prime steel and value-added services
- Experience selling high-margin products/services to OEM's and end-users
- Must have a process-oriented management style
- Ability to make critical decisions in a timely manner
- Metallurgy or Engineering degree is desirable
- Proven success in managing a hungry sales team
- Experience negotiating and closing significant orders with mills and master distributors
- Willing and able to travel 25% to meet with key accounts
