Let me tell me about my case

Did my 4 years Bachelor's in a foreign country and 2 years of Master's here in US. Currently I am working in Texas with 18 months of work experience directly under PE.
I have passed FE exam and PE exam and applied for EIT in California although I already have EIT in Texas.
Will I be eligible to get licensed in California ( I know about state specific exams and flowcharts).

You would need to document min of 12 months of qualifying experience to be eligible for state-specific exams.
