Is the CA Seismic exam more difficult than the NCEES standard SE I & II? Is the material about the same in difficulty, less, more? Any thoughts on this from anyone? Thanks.

In my opinion, the CA special seismic is not has hard as the Structural I or II, but you must know your stuff.
It's about what an engineer who does structures should know 2 years out of school in CA.
