Possibly the easiest way to buy and sell used Civil PE materials has arrived at: http://www.civilpeexam.com/buysell/buysell.php
You can post your used materials for free, no log in or password is required.
You can search for used materials and email the poster immediately.
I've never thought a forum is the best way to buy and sell used materials, so I decided to create something easier to use, which allows the user to filter search results by subject and/or date, and sort the search results by price and/or date. It might be good to wait until you know you passed your exam before posting your materials for sale, so I suggest you bookmark the site right now so you can return later. Good luck in your last week of study everyone!
