An excellent opportunity has arisen for a UK based International Sales Manager to develop the Nordics region.
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Working in a technical consultative project based sales role conducting detailed fact find with clients, understanding client requirements and offering highly engineered products to add value to projects.
Supporting representatives and colleagues with product, application and sales expertise.
Liaising with Engineering & R&D departments to support customer orders and enquiries.
Preparing and giving presentations to customer groups and internal personnel.
Developing and implementing competitive strategies.
Participating and assisting with various marketing initiatives including attending relevant trade shows, exhibitions and industry seminars to establish a solid business network.
The Successful Applicant
Wealth of experience within major industrial market segments e.g. refrigeration, power generation, automotive, hydraulics, electrical equipment, industrial explosion protection or the petrochemical industry.
Fluent English and Fluent Norwegian, Swedish or Danish speaker.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to negotiate and close large scale contracts in competitive situations.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Self starting, proactive and able to achieve objectives with minimal supervision.

- Identification and execution of business development opportunities across a vast range of market segments dependant upon the product group to include chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, energy, food & beverage, aerospace, defence, automotive, pharmaceutical and industrial to name a few.
