Breakdown for Water Resources?

I see the breakdown for transpo floating around...does anyone have any ideas at the breakdown for the PM water resources exam? I am trying to help a friend determine a guess at his raw score.

I got a 36 which was not a passing score. I got my diagnostic posted in the IL results thread.
