I have the following books for sale. If you have and know these books you should be able to pass, trust me I didn't know anything about Seismic and Survey (I graduated as Mechanical Eng.) and I was able to pass.

Surveying:

Cuomo - Surveying Principles (1998) - $30 (ok condition)

Reza Mahallati - Surveying Workbook (2010) - $30 (Good)

Kavanagh - Surveying Principles (2006 - 7th ed.) - $20 (Like new)

Seismic:

ASCE / SEI 7-05 Min. Design Building Loads (2006 - 4th Print) - $70 (Like new)

Hiner - Seismic Design Workbook (Sept 2008) - $40 (Good)
