[SIZE=10pt]Responsibilities include:[/SIZE]

• [SIZE=10pt]Providing innovative Engineering leadership and authority by developing the global Engineering team to ensure their output achieves the specification, objectives and standards for both BNL and the customer.[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10pt]Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director providing the engineering expertise needed to guide both existing and new customers towards the implementation and adoption of a BNL solution.[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10pt]Ensuring engineering activities match and exceed customer expectations and commercial requirements[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10pt]Ensuring a right first time approach through the utilisation of appropriate engineering tools, techniques and systems.[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10pt]Coach, mentor and develop the global Engineering team enabling them to support the sales cycle via discussions with, and presentations to, customers.[/SIZE]
  

[SIZE=10pt]This will include translating technical capability into a commercially practicable set of documents that can be communicated at all levels internally and externally.[/SIZE]

• [SIZE=10pt]A Degree (or equivalent), ideally in Mechanical Engineering.[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10pt]Extensive experience within the polymer processing industry (injection moulding desirable).[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10pt]A comprehensive understanding of injection mould tooling design & manufacture and of laboratory best practice.[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10pt]The ability to demonstrate clear engineering thinking with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within a truly international business.[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10pt]A proven track record of managing, mentoring and developing a diverse team with a broad range of skills and experience from apprentices through to highly experienced engineers.[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10pt]Robust approach to project and programme management with the ability to prioritise, assess and manage risk to maximise success.[/SIZE]
  
• [SIZE=10pt]Total flexibility regarding international travel with the clear capability to understand each customer's technical expectations.[/SIZE]
