- [SIZE=8pt]General broad based knowledge of civil engineering and experience of its practical application[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=8pt]Chartered engineer status or working towards[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=8pt]PC Literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=8pt]Familiarity with finite element analysis would be advantageous but not essential[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=8pt]Awareness of HAZID (Hazard Identification) tools, including Fault Tree Analysis[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=8pt]Ideally NEBOSH trained but not essential[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=8pt]Credible presentation skills at a senior level[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=8pt]Understanding of BAE Systems processes and procedures[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=8pt]Understanding of the Naval support environment[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=8pt]Sound understanding of Partnership agreements[/SIZE]
- [SIZE=8pt]Good interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills, with the ability to form relationships with MoD and operational customers including third party suppliers and companies[/SIZE]
