Are you interested in a Civil Engineering related business, if so what type and how do you plan to get there?

My plan is:

5 years from now start a small business, 3 yrs more of City in Land Development and 2 yrs in a medium size private business and building as many contacts as possible.

Previous exp.: Small Civil Engineering Company, Caltrans, City.
