I just thought with the engineering there may be some Hams on the board.
I grew up with a Dad that hammed his whole life. So I'm curious. He did engineering work without the degree.

I am not a hammer. I know 1 or 2 people who do hamming. You can join the amateur radio communities on Facebook.

Yes, I am a ham radio operator. It is lots of fun, lots of people do it, but not too many engineers for some reason.

Novice in October 1990, Extra in July 1991. Commercial Radiotelephone license and Ship Radar endorsement 1990.
Thinking about Commercial Radiotelegraph license now that I'm a PE and can study for it.

Are there any ham radio operators present who are interested in exchanging information using amateur radio frequencies?
