Ah okay. We work 4 9-hr days and then a 4 hour Friday. It's not too bad but the Friday seems like a waste to come in. Heaven forbid we work from home.

That's kinda pointless. I guess they want coverage on Fridays? Depending on your location, the commute might not even make it worth coming into the office.

It's a 45 min commute each way. I guess they do want coverage but I also have a cell phone, Skype, and e-mail if they really need me. most deliverables go out on Thursdays anyways.
