There is cash money involved.  I did a 10 week challenge starting in January, and lost 26 lbs, and 7.7% body fat.  I came in second overall.  Booooooo!

Both times I was pg I lost a ton of weight (funny, no beer, eating salad... lose weight) and on the second kid, the nurse at my 20 week appt said if I lost any more weight, they were going to put me in the hospital so I would stop starving myself.  I looked at her and asked if I looked like I was wasting away, told her to check my chart, cause the same thing happened last time. (minus the uptight nurse) Then my dr came in and backed me up.
