Microwaves are great. I recently figured out how to microwave eggs; this morning I microwaved some with chives, ham, and cheese.

I've been happy with the Annie's brand. The shells and white cheddar is pretty good!

Shouldn’t be the case if you do it right. I only heat mine up for a max of 40 seconds at a time. If they’re not fully cooked, stir and repeat. I haven’t noticed any issues at home or at work.

And now I'm eating potato salad my mom sent home with me.  Too many carbs with this meal. I feel regret.

I'm finishing up Neil deGrasse Tyson and Avis Lang's "Accessory to War." They have a long section about microwaves (history, applications, etc.), quite the miracle.

As my grandmother got up in her years, she put a whole raw egg in the microwave.  It blew the door clean off when it let go and cracked the interior plastics.  Miss you, Nana.
