The Belgian Tripel's I drink would beg to differ. I just don't like the extreme bitterness of IPA's.

So how long does it take to spam IPAs?  one month?

Growing kind of tired of the cheap rolling rocks I've been getting at the supermarket, but it probably costs more to brew instead buying a cheap 12 pack for $8.

You are correct. Brewing beer is not done to save money on beer.
