I thought everyone dress casual in surfing clothes in Cali

So we asked a couple, just as I spotted a corsage.

And it turned out it was a "pre-prom party".

Maybe its because I only visit Cali during summer to cool down

Which was a tad confusing, mainly because it was a Sunday.

I thought proms were usually on Saturdays.

Then, there were a bunch of parents present, too.

Got to thinking about it, and it was probably all to prevent the kids from getting totally plastered.

Did u invite them to the after prom party?

Which I guess is pretty clever, assuming they had to go to school the next day!

Nah, we were there for an early dinner before a sunset sail.

So we bailed, not sure when they were heading to prom, nor where the prom was.

Maybe that would be called soliciting minors.  Nevermind, I dont want to get any more trouble with the Texas board.

Admittedly, I'm impressed we're so close.

I applied 3 times just to be accepted to sit for the PE exam.  

First time just took my application money.

Second time we need more SER pages.

Third time send them more SER pages and they said my email was in junk "SPAM" mail.

I think they just wanted me to go away.

Ugh, that's annoying!

I'm not sure but it seems that way.

I hope I pass convincingly so that they won't mess with me.

I'm sure they would fail me if i'm borderline.
