 My 10 pages gets summarized in 2 sentences, basically saying its ok, or fix it, or tear that **** down.

Yeah I hear that. I had to speak "management" or "executive" or "policy" a lot in my old job. I'd boil it down to those same few words. If I got challenged, next would come a 15 min powerpoint, then the 65 page executive summary, finally it would be the 2500 page phone book and 3 DVDs of PDF'd references.

Only once did it come down to the last part. Her eyes literally rolled into the back of her head. Not sure she ever opened it.
