I couldn't reveal my cousin's name due to non-disclosure agreement, but she has passed the exam.

The way they calculate the pass rates is not what I thought it was. I asked my cousin, a certified psychometrician, he said the computation of pass rates is a combination of statistics with Aristotelian concept/approach.
